Clark Studio Art Department

 

PROMPT:

To create an updated version of the Studio Art department’s informational brochure. The brochure is for prospective or newly admitted students, faculty, families, current non-majors. 

CONCEPT:

This brochure includes the front, inside and back of a half-fold brochure containing information about the Studio Art major. I decided to use a cooler shade of red to incorporate the Clark University colors (red and white) to the brochure. In addition I decided to use both serif and san serif fonts to create a playful and fun mood in the brochure. In addition I also played with the word "art" by enlarging it in the background without it dominating over the informational text. I wanted to produced a brochure that was clear, simple, vibrant and exciting.
